You will receive a 12 month guarantee on service work, and a 10% discount voucher for your next service will be given to you upon completion of the service.

Any major repairs beyond a service will be quoted before we proceed and there will be no additional charge if you instruct us not to proceed.

We do not refund the deposit if the work is cancelled, but we will give you a $50.00 discount on the purchase of a new machine.

Service work will generally take about two to three weeks.

 What to Bring

• Your machine, power cord and foot control.
• The standard sewing foot.
• The buttonhole foot.
• Any foot required for testing your decorative stitches.
• The embroidery foot - where relevant
• An embroidery hoop - where relevant
• Software to test the embroidery function - where relevant.

 The technician will use these to test the machine after the service is completed. If you have had a problem with your machine, bring in a sample or leave some fabric under the needle if possible.  Leave your machine threaded and leave the bobbin too.
